Manager - Sales - Home Loan/Loan Against Property (2-8 Yrs) Any Location (BFSI Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities :- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions for housing loans, home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Housing Finance), RM (Retail Mortgage) & Home Finance.- Develop strong understanding of various financial products such as fixed deposits, insurance policies etc. to offer comprehensive services to clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.Job Requirements :- Strong knowledge of housing loan/home loans/mortgage loans/LAP/HL/RM/Home Finance products.- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.- Proficiency in using laptops/desktops for data entry and record-keeping purposes.- Role: Relationship Manager- Industry Type: Banking- Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent- Role Category: Banking Operations (ref:updazz.com)
