Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in our expanding construction and AI-based solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion within the infrastructure, government projects, and real estate sectors.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth targets in line with organizational goals.Client Acquisition & Retention : Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with government departments, real estate firms, and construction clients across India and target international markets such as Africa.Market Research & Networking : Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to ensure a strong market presence. Attend industry events and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and CXO-level executives.Proposal & Contract Management : Oversee the development of proposals, bids, and contract negotiations to maximize revenue potential.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients.Revenue & Performance Targets : Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets while maintaining a high standard of service quality.Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior business development team members to drive overall team success.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience : 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the infrastructure, construction, or technology sectors.
