As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring business targets are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and optimize the Team of sales s performance.
-Ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales objectives.
-Set clear and measurable sales targets for the team.
-Motivate and guide agents to maximize productivity.Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: Graduation is mandatory.
-Experience: Min. 1 year in insurance sales (Max. 2 years in any field sales).
-Age: Upto 38 years.
