Job Description
Motor insurance - Vibe Insurance& Looking for freshers with good communication skills and interest to learn.& Source customer from field, explain the benefits and convert them.& You will be on field where you need to connect to customers and explain all the perks and benefits of insurance.&

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and other sales methods.
    • Promote a range of insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance, to individuals or businesses.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of prospects and clients.
    • Qualify leads by assessing the customer 's needs and matching them with appropriate insurance policies.
  2. Customer Consultation:
    • Meet with prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs and financial goals.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the best insurance products.
    • Explain policy options, coverage details, terms, and exclusions in an understandable manner.
    • Provide personalized solutions based on the client s unique requirements and risk profile.
  3. Sales Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive sales presentations to individuals and business clients.
    • Demonstrate the benefits and value of insurance policies through in-person meetings, phone calls, or online platforms.
    • Address any questions or concerns regarding policy terms, premiums, and claims processes.
    • Close sales by overcoming objections and ensuring the client understands the policy details.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build long-term relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Assist clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims submissions.
    • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather referrals, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with their insurance policies.
  5. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
    • Track and manage progress towards sales goals and report regularly to management on performance.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor progress in the sales funnel.
    • Participate in promotional campaigns or contests to enhance sales performance.
  6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, new products, and competitors in the insurance industry.
    • Understand changes in insurance laws and regulations that may affect clients policies.
    • Adjust sales strategies to align with market conditions and competitive offerings.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:
